The X Factor

There is all the proof in the world to show you that proper fitness and a well planned conditioning program will improve your performance and athleticism. Strength and conditioning is hard though! The soreness, the time commitment, the extra cost of a gym membership and food, and possibly even the intimidation factor of starting a program are all road blocks for athletes to improve their fitness levels. Let's be honest, most athletes don't start sports so they can lift weights. They want to play the game they love.

Our Game Plan

Each player that chooses a professionally managed hitting, throwing, or catching protocol, also receives an individualized strength and conditioning program that is updated as long as the athlete continues his instruction. The program is tailored for the athletes individual strengths and weakness, and geared towards their position-specific demands. What makes Rounding Third Baseball Performance so unique is that we address strength movements and muscle activation in every hitting and throwing session to maximize feel and improve the sensation of new movements. The traditional instructional model of a coach sitting on a bucket loading baseballs to get you better is a thing of the past and a waste of money. If you aren't addressing the full spectrum of athlete's needs, the results will not show for most of those entering a program.

Services

We provide the written fitness programs with individual and small group instruction at no extra charge and we will even instruct some of the movements in our sessions. We also include basic nutritional guidance for performance improvement. However, many of our athletes need guidance on this complicated subject. Fitness is essentially another sport, and it takes time to master and learn a new sport. We offer strength and conditioning small group sessions coached by a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Please call 970-217-4604 or email jordanstouffer@gmail.com for more information.
